HOP™ KETO Chow Mein
Enjoy a delicious KETO Chow Mein!
Serves: 2
Cook Time: 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 can of HOP Hearts of Palm Spaghetti, rinsed and drained
- ½ onion, sliced thin
- 1 celery stalk
- 50g of snow peas, thinly chopped julienne style
- 50g of green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons of tamari (or soy sauce)
- 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of avocado oil
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, minced
Directions:
- On medium heat, add the avocado oil to a medium frying pan and heat
- Add in all the vegetables, except for the HOP™ into the frying pan
- Sauté the vegetables until tender
- Add the ginger and garlic and stir
- Ensure the HOP™ noodles are dry (pat dry if necessary), and add them to your stir fry
- Stir consistently for 2-3 minutes until tender and hot
- Stir in your sauces to the stir fry, toss and serve.
