HOP™ KETO Fettuccini Alfredo
Fettuccini Alfredo!

Ingredients:
- 1 can of HOP Hearts of Palm Spaghetti, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 5oz block of Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic cloves
- Salt, to taste
Directions:
- Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat
- Add heavy cream, garlic and salt to the saucepan, ensuring to stir consistently
- Slowly stir in the grated parmesan cheese cheese to the mixture
- Lower the heat to medium-low and simmer until desired consistency is reach, stirring occasionally
- Ensure the HOP™ pasta is dry (pat dry if necessary), and add them to your saucepan
- Stir consistently for 2-3 minutes until tender and hot
- Serve and garnish with additional parmesan
