HOP™ Cold Miso-Sesame Noodles
- 1 can HOP, rinsed and drained well
- 2 baby cucumbers, quartered and sliced
- 2 stalks green onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp shiro miso paste
- 1/2 tbsp saké
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
- Mix miso, saké, toasted sesame oil and water in a bowl.
- Add sliced cucumbers and HOP to bowl and toss until completely coated in sauce.
- Plate and garnish with green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve chilled and enjoy!
