HOP Hearts of Palm Fettuccine Alfredo + Mushrooms
- 1 can of HOP Hearts of Palm Spaghetti
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- salt and pepper to taste
- Melt 1 tbsp of butter with 3 cloves of crushed garlic. Add to a small pot on medium-high heat for approximately 5 minutes.
- Add 1/2 cup of heavy cream, some salt, and pepper.
- Add rinsed and drained HOP Hearts of Palm Spaghetti and mushrooms and allow to simmer for a few minutes.
